Financial Management

We handle all financial aspects of your property with transparent and accurate accounting practices, including rent collection, expense tracking, and ensuring profitability. Our simple cash basis reporting system includes full accounting with bills attached to statements. Bills are promptly paid, and we offer the convenience of monthly rent deposits directly to your bank account at no additional cost. Monthly statements are emailed and posted to your owner’s portal for easy access, allowing you to log in and view statements at any time.

Resident Screening

Each applicant is evaluated based on credit, background, employment verification, and rental history. Our thorough screening complies with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.

When a qualified applicant is approved, lease signing and move-in inspection is scheduled promptly.

Rent Collection

Tenants are offered a variety of ways to pay rent, so you can receive your funds as quickly as possible. Our collection processes are professional but tough, and we are diligent in collecting rent in a timely manner.

Lease Only Agreement
